This is a Warehouse flannel shirt.
The material is 100% cotton, a heavy weight fabric with unevenness. It is made on an old power loom using uneven yarn.
The fleece lining is thick and firm, and after years of wearing it will have a texture like a towel blanket.
Combined with the fading of the pattern, it is a quality that you will not want to let go of, and can be worn for decades.
Just like the old American-made ones, it is precisely sewn with an inch-setting sewing machine.
The width of the rolled seam on the side is set to 7/32 inches (0.56 cm). It will have the same strong and impressive puckering as the vintage ones.
The bias is taken so that the "pattern" appears symmetrically on both sides. The more you wash it, the more the firmness and ridges will revive, and the texture will increase.
The pockets are simple in shape with no flaps, and only a hole for a pen on the left pocket.
The white marbled resin buttons are a faithful reproduction of the vintage design.
The design is a checkered pattern, which is a standard pattern for flannel shirts.
